Our Mission is to give all of our students a clear understanding of the importance of firearms and how everyone, regardless of age or gender should know how to safely handle and operate a firearm.
With all of the challenges we face today, the lack of respect for one another, economic hardship and total disregard of our rights, more and more people are beginning to stand up and fight for themselves!
These people are looking for places to go for training in the use of firearms for self-defense. There are lots of places to choose, so how do you know which place is the right place for you? You may not only need to protect yourself; you may also need to protect your family inside your home. In a home invasion situation you need to know how to work together, whether it is your spouse, your roommate, sibling or child. And know that you have each others back.

Got Your Back Firearm Training LLC was founded by Charles and Tiffany Britz September 2014. We are a husband and wife team and have been training together for the last 4 years but have been around firearms our whole lives. We are regular civilians, US citizens with 9-5 jobs. We have extensive firearm training and handling in pistol, rifle, carbine and shot gun. We have received training from Scott Danielson, a top CPS (Certified Protection Specialist) and NRA instructor, among other things. He holds a CPS degree from ESI, is a EMT-Basic; MPIC; Department of State WPS Certified, holds and Associates degree in Criminal Justice and Aerospace Science; possesses skill sets from Combat Life Saver, Small Unit Tactic, Edged Weapons Instructor, Mission Planning, logistics and continues his career as a protection professional. We have been trained by one of the best. As well as training from Mark Kamas, who has over 35 years in defensive firearm experience. Our approach to teaching is to prepare our students for “real world situations”. Too many instructors approach teaching from a military viewpoint which does not benefit the average student. When the teachings cannot be incorporated into everyday life, it does not make it practical.
